This is the first ergonomic chair I have owned. It was very easy to assemble by myself. The chair is very sturdy! Definitely not one of those cheap plastic chairs. So far it's a great chair, wouldn't buy it again, all in all I'm very happy with this purchase. If I wasn't using it at work, I would definitely use it as a gaming/movie chair at home.
